Hello, we are Skaus Haus. We are Liverpool based property developers raising the standards of rental spaces across the region.
A life-long passion for all things property combined with our own experiences of inadequate rental accommodation in Liverpool were the catalyst for creating Skaus Haus.
For too long rental accommodation has been subject to sub-standards and the idea that rental tenants don’t care about their home as much as homeowners do. We’re challenging the way rental spaces are designed to empower tenants with a better way of life, through where they live.
Our vision is to raise the standard of rental accommodation, resulting in higher-value spaces, both financially and experientially.
We want our spaces to transform peoples lives, enable happiness and emulate Liverpool’s spirit and positive energy.
We want to give the people of Liverpool amazing spaces to live, work and play.
BRIAN
Brian worked in retail buying and merchandising for 20 years, investing in property alongside his corporate career.
He moved into full time property development in 2020 and is the Managing Director of Skaus Haus responsible for the running of all day-to-day operations including property sourcing, construction project management and tenant customer service.
Skaus Haus also offers a construction project management service for other investors in Liverpool, which Brian leads.
LAUREN
Lauren’s involvement in Skaus Haus is alongside her corporate career in Food Buying and Brand Licensing.
She has a passion for Interior Design and manages the design elements of Skaus Haus. She is also responsible for the financial aspects of the business.
We continually invest in our property education and have a robust network of business relationships in property. We live in South Liverpool with our two young children.
