An introductory call followed by a project visit will help us understand your plans and the works involved. We provide you with a quotation, target timings & payment schedule.
STEP 2
Project Planning
A detailed Schedule of Works is prepared and Tradesmen, Professional Services and Materials are agreed and confirmed.
STEP 3
Project Execution
Renovations are completed in line with the Schedule of Works, with all aspects of the build fully managed by us. A weekly status update is provided.
STEP 4
Project Completion
Snagging is complete and relevant building control sign off is obtained. The property is ready for the next stage of your plans.
